i had those rims on my '96 D1 SD, so you should be fine

There were 5 different rims for the DI and 3 different rims for the DII.
DI rims also fit RRC's and Defenders.
DII rims also fit P-38 RR's.

I have heard but cannot yet confirm that LR3 rims also fit a DII.

what you have in the picture is a D1 wheel for sure... i have the same ones only black... lug patter is 5 on 6.5...
