Default When to Seafoam/Lucas Treatment

To Disco Mike:

I have 85,000 miles on my LR 2000 Discovery. Just purchase SeaFoam and Lucus Upper cylinder treatment (hard to find in Canada but I did).
Is it as simple as putting it in the fuel at a fill-up? Whatare the intervals to use it?

It is -27 celsius and I don't have space to do anything in-doors or I might try the intake method.

What is the easiest thing to do and what should I expect after I put it in the fuel.

Cheers,
Derek

Just pour it in the gas tank in accordance with the printed directions on the can. I use the stuff. I have done the inlet tract trick also, but using the product as a fuel additive will also get you there over a longer period of time.

I use it once every two months.

Over time you will notice a smoother idle, and a slightly better acceleration response as the fuel injectors produce a better spray pattern in each cylinder.
