Angry Where do you get Wiper Blades??

Ok, I have had this LR for over 9 years. I am tired of getting the stupid LR blades and paying an arm and a leg for them and having them not last. I cant find any that will fit my windheild wiper arm. Any apdaters out there or what do you all do? Any suggestions appreciated!

The best and chespest thing to do is to replace the wiper arms with a set of arms for a D1. The D1 uses blades that can be found at any auto parts store, and have better spring tension than the D2 arms.

Thanks. I appreciate the suggestion. I take it the D1 arms fit on pretty easy without any major adjustments?

Yes. Just remove the nut on each of the old arms, pull arms off splined linkage nubs, and replace with the D1 arms. The only thing additional might be cleaning any gunk from the splines of the linkage while the arms are off.

I bought refills for my stock D2 arms from Napa. Just give them the length.

I read most people suggest swapping to D1 wiper arms and using blades from any major store! You remove one bolt and swap them. You might need new end covers to cover bolt.
