Arrow Where to find "Heavy Duty" Shuttle Valve

I'm activley throwing "114:Shuttle Valve Electric Failure" and I don't want to order just the basic replacement part. I remember that there is a better shuttle valve out there that a company makes, but I can't seem to find the website that sales it. Anyone know where this is?

If doing just the switch (and Josh's wiring repair) you'll probably want to replace the seals too: Discovery shuttle valve seals & new style reaining clips

I'm pretty sure my entire problem is actually caused by Josh's "fix". The product Falcon Works sales is actually what I had in mind though, but I'm not going to be cutting it up to perform the fix to it.

Why not replace the shuttle valves and do the Option B fix. I have rented the ABS Amigo to over 30 people in the last two years. It always seemed to work for them.

Then you won't be fixing anything, most likely. Most dealers won't even install just the switch anymore, because the problem actually lies in what the switch plugs into, most of the time.

Also, their switch is overpriced.

If you want to spend big bucks, and not hack anything, but still resolve the problem, buy part SWO500040.

Their wiring inside it will probably fail at some point in the future though, unless they've updated their manufacturing processes.

Anyone have any idea why something such as turning my headlamps on can sometimes immediately trigger my three amigos fault?

Go have your charging system tested, if under 13.6 volts with the lights on, that is your problem.
