Unfortunately they don't ship to US. I found them on ebay too, but there is the same shipping problem. Does anyone know where else to buy them or how to get them to the US?
They are coming out of China like most things, but I had to order at least 100 clamps in order to get a good price.
Got 3 pairs for about $170 from Aliexpress. Shipping out of China was smooth and it took about two weeks. Made from 3mm steel, comes powder coated (coat is not perfect, but OK) and with stainless steel bolts/washers. Sturdy construction and I like the design. The clamping bolt is oriented at a 45 deg angle, so it clamps horizontally and vertically with one bolt. I opted for the 19-23cm, because I am making my own custom roof rack that shall sit very tight (I don't use the sunroofs anyway). If you want them higher, they have 24-26cm and 27-29cm versions (latter allows to open the rear sun roof).
