Where is the horn relay located? DII

2003 Disco 2. My horns work sometimes. Sometimes nothing, sometimes it sounds like one horn starts to blow and then the 2nd one blows too, and then sometimes they both work normal. Where is the horn relay located?

Found it. It's in the fuse box under the hood. I believe one of my horns is failing.
