Where is the jack lug wrench located?

It's well worth your time to loosen all of the lugnuts and retorque them to the spec. Having a flat in the middle of nowhere is a hell of a time to find out you have a cross threaded lugnut that some tire guy put on with a gigantic impact wrench.
