how does it mount on the gutters? looks like just a clamp, does it wrap around under the bottom of the gutter? I figured I'd give it a go to try and build one, myself. I just got a tubing bender so why not? 1'' OD tube steel seems about right for the size material I should be getting right?

rack/frame itself usually has legs that drop into the gutter. then L shaped piece wraps under gutter and bolts to legs."L" pulling towards legs, acts as clamps. some are different.
1" is good size
