Default who insures the full value of our Discos?

Have USAA and not getting a good estimated value insured. Have thousands invested and worry about the low value companies want to insure it for. Is there a company in the US that we can pay more for to cover total value? Thanks for any help!

Look up classic car insurance. They allow for you to provide a custom value and then quote it.

Yep, l've got a "stated value" policy on all of our LR's, with Westfield insurance group. Wife hit a deer a couple weeks ago with the 03, they totalled it. Wrote me a check no questions asked. Bought it back for dirt and they didn't salvage the title (since it was beyond a certain age). The rover is very repairable, just bumper, grill, rad, headlight, etc.

I have Nationwide Private that has a stated value of 16k - they wanted me to get an appraisal for it if i want to raised. I've been lazy in doing so.

Travelers Insurance. Good local agent. Put a ****** block and cable through the windshield by way of bouncing first off the hood on its way through the passenger side of the windshield (that was most exciting as I was behind the wheel!), paid all repairs, no questions, no raise in premiums. Appraiser was most impressed by the condition of my Disco, and agreed to the repairs. I have been pleased.

Hagerty for me too; stated value and especially if you have multiple cars. The liability cost per car gets less when you have a bunch

What is USAA giving you for a valuation? I'm asking because I have USAA and never even thought to look at the valuation.
