I have an 02 Disco II Kalahari. The person I bought it from sold the roof rack, brush guard, and ladder. When I google search kalahari, I see so many that look like mine, and so many that do not.

What I have that is what most do:
Yellow Rover w/black hood
Gun metal gray rims
“Tetra” technical fabric interior.
Seating for 5
Saudi grill
My paperwork says kalahari
Gray interior

What I don't have:
Black stripe down the side. (some have. Some don't i guess)
No Kalahari badge or logo. (same as above, but it does say special edition.)

Seems weird. Also I have heard a million rumors that maybe someone has some clarification on.

Are there really only 150 made per year?
Is that US only, or world wide?
I was told that these were given to high performing dealerships. True?
Is 2002 the 1st year they made the Kalahari edition?
