considering how lightly built the brushguard is, I am impressed. Did you already have damage on the hood? That paint looks like either bondo or very thick paint.

Hi merebel. Same thing happened to me this past summer but it was a car that jumped out in front of me. My ARB bumper was slightly bent, inch or so and had to be straightened at a collision shop. Hopefully you can do yourself but another option.

yeah kind of looking at front bumpers but prefer something with a brush guard and winch mount lol why not right and something that I can put fog lights in as my wife uses them a lot and loves them

Insurance payment should easily cover ARB bumper cost.

Yeah it’s probably time to revisit getting full coverage. D2 Prices seem to be going up.
Moving to Florida and having insurance more than double coming from Va with no accidents or speeding tickets was a little surprising. $1000 deductible will still hurt.

Insurance point is solid, but still plenty of Discos needing restoration out there (although the number is decreasing). Major accident you get a donor and start swapping.

sorry to hear. Looks good on the outside, but there will be lots of hidden structural straightening and aligning work. Good lucks with your repair
