Will these parts work for the air suspension??
Well, first of all, thanks to the help of this forum I'm learning more and more about the 02 Disco II that I've owned for 5 years now. Mucho gracias ALL!
Here's my question:Ireplaced myair springs anddiscovered I also need to replace the air line (dried and cracked)and was wondering if this tubing will work as opposed to buying a newair harness?
http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/170301.cfm
Also, since I chose to remove thecompressor connectors to let out the air out I also discoveredthe o-rings on the connectors going tothe compressor crumbled before my eyes and had to use plumbers tape to help seal the connections. Hey, it worked! So I was wondering if I can get by using the EAS o-rings for the RR since I can't seem to locate Discoveryo-rings other than buying new connectors? If so, do I need the4, 6 or 8 mm o-rings or is it something completely different??
On this page are the 3 o-rings I was able to locate....

If you can help me out, it would much appreciated!
Thanks,

You could use that line if it is the same size. As for the o-rings, take a piece of hose and the fitting to a good auto parts store or hardware store, they will be able to get you the right size o-ring.
How many miles on your truck, have you considered replacing your bags yet? There are a few sets of good used one on line as well as a sale at Arnott's for $129 a piece for their high tech, lifetime guaranteed bags.

Hey Mike,
I've got 94k on the vehicle....and I now havethe Arnott air springs...including the lifetime warranty!
Yeah, that's the problem with the hose,I'm not sure if that size will work outor not. Since the rest of the air lines look good, with the exception of where thelines bend going to air the springs,I just really need toreplace those linesand not the whole air harness. It looks like I'm going to have to call the stealer (aka dealer)and see what they have to say...
As for the o-rings, they actually slip onto the connector, so you are correct about taking the connector to a hardware or auto parts store and find the o-rings that would fit. Unfortunately, this is my only vehicle right now and need to rely on someone to get me there once I take the connector off. I was hoping there was a place to order the exact size o-ring (and hose) online, replace it all at once, and be done with it.
I do appreciate your reply, though. I just came across this site a few weeks back and it looks likes a great place to hang out and learn more about our LRs.
