Window Tint?
I haven't looked very close at a 2003 but my 97's rear windows are tinted with something like 75% tint from the factory. That means the tint allows 75% of light to pass through. The dark the tint the lower the light emissions. I want to go 30% all around on mine.
The tint people do this for a living and can probably tell you exactly what to use.
Which windows are you going to tint. Remember most states don't allow the drivers glass to be tinted.

Colorado allows 27% tint all the way around and the top 6" of the windshield to be tinted. I have seen vehicles with the entire windshield tinted and it looks awesome but it's just asking for a ticket. I had the windows on my Dodge tinted right after I bought it down in Arizona. The front driver and passenger windows are 30% and the rear windows are 15%. Looks awesome and keeps the interior about 20 degrees cooler.
