have you tried using the search function? There are many threads out there regarding window repairs. Sounds like you have some broken parts that need fixing. Senormac recently posted a detailed fix on his window issue, although it isn't too searchable as he posted it in the 'Introduction' section. The thread was titled 'Hola Amigos, and that is all the Spanish I know'. I would give the link to you but I'm already logged in and that would entail me looking at Senormac's avatar and I don't want to be thought of as a stalker so I'll just let you lead the way..

I hate to say it but if you're serious about fixing whatever went south you'll have to tear it apart and then put it back together again after you've figured out what is truly broken..

I'm dealing with this exact same thing right now. I got a regulator being shipped right now from Lucky8, $40 bucks. And, I went ahead and bought a used motor while I was at it. Shouldn't be too hard to replace. There are some videos on YouTube that show the process too. The last one I watched was pretty good and in two parts.

if you can see a stripped gear on the window regulator you will need to replace it, but stop running the motor.
the motor has a matching gear which you will ruin if you keep running it. you may want to take the motor off the regulator so you can manually close it and check the gear on the motor at the same time.

Mine turned out to be stripped gears on the motor. Waiting on my replacement motor to put it all back together.
