Default Windshield sprayer no pressure

ive tried inserting a pin in the little sprayer eyes and clean out anything in there, its pretty clean. then filled up washer fluid jug and thought maybe that would do it, but it still barely comes out when i hit the switch for the squirter. this is really annoying since that sprayer used to blast washer fluid out of there with a vengeance, now it just mysteriously has no pressure behind it. what do i need to do?

Are we talking front, rear or headlight sprayer? Sounds to me like your pump for the effected sprayer is dying.

Sounds like you need a new pump.

apparently there are multiple pumps. each sprayer has a separate pump, so i might be replacing all of them if i need to. hopefully someone here will offer a solution to this problem as i said before, it worked very well before and now its messed up.

Pinched feed line maybe? I had this happen before. Check the lines for kinks or places where it might be pinched.

Pull your washer tank loose and position it where you can see the pumps. One at a time remove the hose coming off of each pump while someone turns on the washers. Remember the headlight washers will only work if the headlight are on. I had the same problem and all pumps worked. There are little one way valves in the hoses coming out of the pump that were stopped up on mine. They would let very little washer fluid pass through. When I removed them and checked the pumps, washer fluid flowed good.

Remove all 3 pumps, flush our the bottle then blow small amount of pressure thru the sprayer lines.

well today i went out and did some investigating. took out both hood squirters and ran a torch-tip cleaner in the holes where fluid comes out of them, that gave me a little better spray but didnt completely resolve the problem. so im gonna see if i can locate replacement hood sprayers and it should be the end of it.
