Wiper blades for disco??
A person can go to the junk yard and buy DI wiper arms and then go to Wal-Mart and buy wiper blades.
Total cost would be about $30 plus your time.
Hey man if you put DI arms on you have a ton more options. I bought mine fromca Wilson at Shiyco Rovers at 843.450.5941. I think I paid $25.00 for a pair shipped. Tell Wilson Aaron sent you. All he deals in is used Rover parts. The arms he sold me work 100%
I did this since I have enjoyed the Rain X latitude's on my chevy truck.

5,000 miles later and they are still doing a great job. I just wanted to get some wiper blades that day and not wait on shipping, and the latitudes were on sale too. I am happy....
You might think that the connection is flimsy, but with some trimming it has worked fine for me.

even though you clearly have superior intelligence, surely you can admit you shill for RN in a large number of posts.
Here you go, all of the experts say every 6 months and they all say you dont need to break the bank buying wiper blades.
I've lived in the Great Lakes for 40 years, I drive for a living, over 2million miles now, so ask me how often a wiper blade needs to be replaced and I will tell you at the first signs of trouble.
I will also tell you not to use a silicone wiper blade in the winter, the silicone hardens when it gets cold and will not form to the glass and leave streaks.
And I will also tell you not to use a rubber wiper blade in the summer, the rubber gets hot and breaks down faster in the sun.

please note that even though i was able to retire at age 39 i am ignorant (just ask zgphoto) but to my simple mind i'd rather spend money replacing filters or fluids over spending cash on fully functional wipers.
no, you were suggesting that i was wrong and should have just listened to you and bought from rovers north. as you always suggest. i may be ignorant and you might be right but to me you sound like a salesman.

I bought two D2 front wipers from Rock Auto for $21 shipped. Exact replacement for OEM, same as Trico.
thanks for that info. however if i live in a place that deals with plenty of rain and harsh winters yet my wipers work fine why would i replace them? i don't drive for a living nor do i put on a ton of miles.

If you always have to order your wiper blades online and yours goes bad before you had the foresight to order another set...
I'm not saying you have to replace your wiper blades every 6 months, set your truck on fire and roll it down a hill I dont care, what I am saying is that you do not need to break the bank buying wiper blades and that you should replace them every 6 months or at the first signs of trouble.
