Wires ripped out ..
You need to fix the obvious wiring damage before you chase any codes. If you don't want to solder, ok, use crimp connectors & heat shrink. Anything is better than a fistful of broken wires. Once you've fixed that, clear the codes and see which ones come back. Then let us know.

Why is the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree with all these new codes if nothing has changed with the car?
You don't need to be an electrician, It's not hard. You can get copper wire at any hardware store or autoparts store. All you need is wire the same approximate gauge/thickness. I'm sorry but if you can't even crimp wires together, you are going to have a hard time fixing anything else.
That wiring IS the cause of at least some of those codes. Until you fix that, everything else is just a random guess at what's wrong

That is probably the part, but that's a hell of a price to pay for something that will take a LOT of work to install. You will probably need to pull the centre console from inside the truck and remove the shifter plate to get to the top of the transmission.
The top photo looks like it may be one of the O2 sensors, which could even plug into a whole different harness.

Do you know if is the right part? I see lots of wires. Engine wire harness .. tranmission wire harness ... transfer case wire harness..
The one from ebay is transmission harness and probably the one you need cuz there is only one harness piece in that area. Not sure how they will deliver it to where you are though.
Just twist the wires of the same color and tape with electrical tape to get you running. Have a pro do a proper fix.

Again, it's likely to be way more work to install this than it will be to strip the ends off each broken wire and twist the ones of the same colour together as a temporary fix. Wrap them in electrical tape after they are reconnected. Then see if you can pull a wire harness from a salvage yard truck instead of buying new -- at least that way you'll have an idea of just how much work is required to get to it all.
Seriously, you are probably going to have to remove the entire centre console inside the truck including the shifters and the parking brake and then drill out the rivets for the transmission cover plate just to get to half of the connectors on that harness.
