If you want help and with your lack of Rover knowledge, you really need to ask for help, otherwise this truck will eat you alive in expenses.
So, going back to you original statement, your issue is a 02 sensor and as soon as you figure it out which one, Bla Bla Bla.
Yes, you need both front 02's as well as your bank 1 knock sensor.

Well already replaced that stuff and replaced all the fluids. Also got a hold of the last owner and found out what he replaced since he got it new.

But today I went to recharge my a/c and found I had a hole in the line. So Im going to replace it but don't know what the line is called to order it.

Its line 8 that is bad

Rovers North has good exploded diagrams on their site, prices vary.

There is an online Rover parts catalog called the Microcat, normally a subscription service. But free at lrpart.ru, be sure to select the english option.

Paul Grant is a guy who has a small business in the New England area parting out Rovers. He has owned 400+ trucks, takes off the pieces that are in good shape, rest go to the metal scarp yard. Only sells good used parts. Usually for less than it will cost you in gas and time to go to the boneyard yourself. 203-770-1699 or he has an eBay store. He posts on here frequently announcing the latest posh pile of pre-owned sheet metal that is under the knife. I have bought from him and it was fairly priced, arrived undamaged, well packed (plastic surround trim for dash).

He is not the only dismantler.

You will need to pull a vacuum on the A/C before you charge it.
Replace as many of the O rings as you can while it is apart.

You can pull a vacuum cheap - if you have an air compressor.

Plan on a new drier as well, once open to outside air it soaks up humidity and becomes useless.

Just replaced that same line on my D2. Paul grant doesn't like to sell used ones as they get ruined when they are removed. Install is no picnic either, be very careful you don't destroy the new line installing it. I did the receiver drier at the same time, got a recharge and all is good with my a/c now.

The only other issue I had was pinching the o-rings when I installed the new line...had leaks at both ends until it was put right.

Good luck!
