Hmmmm, 4 and 8 have almost nothing in common other than the side of engine. I would normally swap plug wires as a start with cylinders than are not throwing code, and then plugs. I like to compare known good with suspected bad. You can swap the knock sensors left and right to see if that is the issue.
did a compression test, all cylinders were between 157 to 160. Except no 8, which was 145. There was oil on the threads.
btw the engine has 303k miles on it
