Won't Start after Head Gasket Job
I just tried swapping the (yellow) relays to see if that worked and still nothing. As far as the old/new gas, I could see that being an issue with it not running well, but it honestly seems like gas is not even getting to the engine. It's not even trying to fire. It will just crank and crank. When I disconnected the gas line from the injection system as I was doing the HG job it sure seemed strong, but idk. I'm debating pulling the fuel pump to test it, but I've never done one myself (only helped on those), so I'm a little hesitant (and I won't have time till next week sometime).
Are there any other smaller things you would suggest before I go dropping the tank to check the pump? ...and if the pump is good, then what?

buy yourself a cheap obdII scanner and a fuel pressure gauge.
the cheap scanner and gauge will cost you less than the ckps that you just replaced.
the scanner would have told you if you needed a ckps, too.
check your fuel pressure at the rail you should have 35-40psi

alright guys, I am now quite sure it is one of two things after what I just found. I pulled the carpet up and removed the fuel pump plate and it is not doing ANYTHING when the key is on or while trying to start my truck. So, now from my research it is the fuel pump or the fuel control module. Thought?
The fuel pump operates at all times when the ignition switch is in position II. If the engine is not started, the ECU will 'time-out' after 2 seconds and de-energise the fuel pump relay to protect the pump.
......
Alright guys,
I got my brother to help me check power, it was putting power to the fuel pump. I tested the pump separately and got nothing, so I put one in and lo and behold it started right up. Thanks for all of your suggestions. Y'all are great.

I had the same, same issue. Will not start.
What I did with success was :
Make sure everything is properly grounded, including the coils, Very important.
I got to the fuel pump...i just cut thrue the rug and ones it was on my site I bang on it with a rubber malet.
Next without starting the truck, just open the switch a few times and a few time more so you can get the pump to pump.
In a few days after that My truck is starting every time...by the way I also changed the CPS ;>(
Just make sure your Coils are secured ...
Let me know I had the same, but a lot worse issues than you and My truck is running !

Thank you...
I ll be passing forward all the wits and kindness I have received here...
