Default Wood Trim Question

Hey guys,

So when I bought my Rover, it had the wood trim inside. Now, after years of baking in the sun, the plastic that covers the trim in starting to peel off. Has anyone removed the wood trim before? Seems like it would be a b*tch and plus I'm not sure if it would bugger anything up trying to pull off the wood with that adhesive they use. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
