Default Wood trim pieces

Does anyone know if the individual wood pieces are available or if you have to buy a whole new kit? The trim around my front window switches is cracked and sun faded and I would like to replace it without having to replace the rest of the wood.

i hate to say it but the only place i know of is from the dealer which we all know costs some $$$ but if you are serious i guess it would be worth it. somebody else might know of a cheaper place though

Maybe we can get a few people together and get a kit to split up...I need the center console piece and thats pretty much it. Anyone else interested?
