I have an 03 looks like they are the same for all models I need to replace my cats and looking for a good deal on a replacement any ideas where to pick one up?

 

They are the same for all North American D2.

 

Or you can just cut out the old cats and install new ones along with new 02 sensors.
It would be worth your while to determine why both cats failed so it doesn't happen again.
Why or how do you know they are bad, what fault code numbers do you have?

 

I purchased a complete Y pipe assy from www.discountcatalyticconverters.com and went with the Davico system. Looks like they are around $360 right now. Mine had already been replaced by the prior owner, and I figured that they were around $100 each for both the cats, plus labor to weld them in. It wouldn't save much going that route, and this way I get a new assy ready to bolt in. Mine fit perfect, and so far has worked well.

A word of caution when you remove the pipes from the manifold is to use an impact. I broke 4 of the 6 studs, and had to put in two heli coils because I could not get the reamainder of the studs out.

 

Mike the drivers side is throwing a code for bad cat the other side is an after market that was a hatchet install due to the PO front drive shaft going bad...so I want to go with the whole unit instead of a piece meal...

FYI zthe davco unit uses much smaller cats. Your exhaust will sound more hollow than you're used too.

Yes, 99-04 uses the same Y-pipe design.
