I have pulled the trans out again after swapping the 04 discovery zf24 front pump and "A" clutch set and installed into the zf22 discovery 1 full hydraulic zf. 22. has anyone done this swap before? nothing else in the 22 trans was replaced except the pump and clutch set. Will it work? reason asked because I did it and I get a flare on the 2-3 shift. The 1-2 is very smooth and positive. I cleaned the valve body etc no joy.
