Default Zombie 300 tdi swap

anybody done a 300tdi swap by zombie motors? Got a buddy I'm fixing to help out and trying to find out what zombie might have forgot or what i might need parts wise. They have the motor and trans already in and he wants it purring. I'm going to dig in the engine some and check it out to be on the safe side

No personal experience with him personally, plenty of experience working with post-zombie experiences. What's wrong with it?
