Unhappy 2020 Disco Sport Huge coolant leak

As the title suggests, I have a huge amount of coolant leaking out from under the driver side of my Disco. Any ideas?
Greatly appreciated for any help!

I am dealing with the same problem in the same location. I thought it was the quick connector on (what I'm guessing is) the water/oil heat exchanger (ham & cheese stack in the top left of your photo). I changed the coupler for an elbow and I still have the leak.

I just submitted a reply to this thread:

Detailing how I built a pressure cap to test the system on my discovery sport. Hopefully it helps you. I will post back with what I find but the coolant on the bottom of my engine looks more or less like yours.

I tried out my cap today and it worked great. Found the leak immediately.

Here's a photo of the original quick connector I replaced:

This is the culprit:

The internet says it's a "Radiator Oil Coolant Liquid Separator" and it's absolutely covered in those stupid quick connectors. I will have to figure out how to replace them and then test the system again. it literally has a quick connector that connects directly to another quick connector *face palm*
