Data connection sorted out. Not sure exactly what they did to get it going. They worked on it for a week and were quite stumped, they had to escalate to their third tier support. 1st tier is local, 2nd tier is in New Jersey, and the third tier was in the UK which made for lots of delays due to the time difference. The dealership had never had to escalate anything to the 3rd tier before so it was a new experience for them. AT&T was useless through all of this, but everyone at Land Rover was great.
