Default Coolant leak 2016 Discovery

Hello everyone. First post, first time I've needed to tear the Land Rover down.
Small coolant leak for several months.
The pressure tester I bought did not fit, but I've isolated leak to a small area.
After pulling intake and fuel rail, I can visualize this junction plate (assuming there is a gasket under it?) that may be the issue, but I also can't eliminate the 90 elbow fitting as potential problem.
There was a build up of dried coolant at the base of the fitting and some coolant pooled in the block casting depression behind the fitting.

There is no crack on the neck and hose to fitting loosed fine, but is the base of the elbow a failure point? How is it attached to the block?
Advice?
Thank you ahead of time.

Dave

Okay, update FWIW.

Fabricated a plug to pressurize the coolant system.
Determined leak was subtle but weeping at the side of that plastic plate.
When removed, obviously its the thermostat housing

Upon inspection, there's a flat spot on the gasket from over toque -- assume factory, I don't think this Discovery had any real deferred maintenance prior to my purchase this year.
Ok, next question for the forum:
It's got 96,000 miles on it.
What else should I be doing while I'm in there?
The injectors look horrid.

Why would you remove the high pressure fuel rail to check for coolant leak ???

Fair Question, thanks for following.
In this forum does three question marks mean you ham-fisted something?

Exposure. My boroscope died and at the time I had no serviceable pressure tester.
I needed to physically see the back of that 90 degree elbow living in it's gloriously designed mousehole.
I did not want to have to go back in on this at a later date.
A fuel line fitting and some bolts didn't seem above and beyond, by the time I had pulled the intake.
I might be desensitized to it, the other car is a 928 and we are constantly pulling the fuel lines off for deferred maintenance (ie they like to catch fire).

Thermostat housing is on order, is there a resource for parts diagrams for this MY anywhere online? I did a fairly deep dive last night and really didn't find much.
There's a cooked plastic connector on the intake that could be replaced.

The engine is a ford 2 litre ecoboost so there will be lots of information around.

Update for those following.
Issue resolved.
Purchased a 2012 Edge manual via e-Manuals.
FYI, not a simple process. Comes in an OVA file format, requires addition of an app called Virtual box, when in turn requires this VC_redist C++ modification to windows.
Still would not open. They have tech support, but didn't show up for scheduled virtual appointment .

I got help from a friend that writes code for a living, he was able to open it eventually.
Next time around I would try to find a paper copy on eBay.

Been away a long time - my 2016 Discovery Sport, 120k miles is acting up. It looks like I'm having the same issue when comparing pics. Slow leak.

Thermostat housing, you say?

Coolant droplet on the right has a trail...it's coming from the area above the oil pan area.

No leak around water pump.

Update: Thermostat housing. Took it in to mechanic, they pressure tested it and confirmed it was the thermostat housing.
