no audio on radio stations

no audio on radio stations

for some reason i have no audio on radio stations but the blue tooth to my phone works fine is the a way to reset the infotainment unit?

I was told to hold down the power button until it rebooted. But that didn't work. The next day when I started up, it rebooted itself.

I turned the car off waited couple hours and it’s fine now but there must be a way to reboot the radio for sure
