Looking for some advice please. A couple of weeks ago when starting the car the gear **** went down as the engine started, this happened twice and rectified itself by stopping and re-starting the car. Then at a different location the engine started but stalled when I moved from Park to Drive, happened twice again but I was able to drive home. A couple of days ago the car won't start now. Turns over OK but won't start. I have today bought a code reader and these are the codes with faults.

I was able to perform a fuel prime with the device and managed to get the engine to start but it only run for approx 15 seconds before cutting out again. Is anyone with some fault finding experience able to shed some light on the codes?
