Hi, just got my new Discovery today. Trying to set up a profile, asks to enter name... do that but then it won't allow me to click next to go to the next section... any help?

 

I am having the same issue on my 2021 Discovery Sport. I recently got the car and set up a profile, but decided to restore to factory settings because car was a loaner car at dealership I purchased it from and wanted a clean slate. After the reset, I am getting the same issue as you. Have you figured it out yet?

 

Bought 2021 discovery and having the same issue…click next after entering name and nothing happens. I have an InControl account set up but it is clearly not syncing with the actual car… annoying.

 

To the two people above me, the issue has been fixed due to a software update that was released today! I got the notification on my screen after I got home from work and it said it would take 35 minutes to download. Car had to be turned off and locked. When I came back out, I pressed the set up vehicle option and was able to create a profile successfully. Hope this helps!

 

Same issue. Set up profile enter name . Pressing next does nothing. Any ideas ?

 

Until now, the laboriously entered profile settings were always lost. This problem is fixed with the last update at the beginning of August 21.
