Profile Setup Issue
I am having the same issue on my 2021 Discovery Sport. I recently got the car and set up a profile, but decided to restore to factory settings because car was a loaner car at dealership I purchased it from and wanted a clean slate. After the reset, I am getting the same issue as you. Have you figured it out yet?
To the two people above me, the issue has been fixed due to a software update that was released today! I got the notification on my screen after I got home from work and it said it would take 35 minutes to download. Car had to be turned off and locked. When I came back out, I pressed the set up vehicle option and was able to create a profile successfully. Hope this helps!
