Transmission Question 2001 Disco II

Giving my purchase a once over and I see this. Been looking at transmission diagrams this morning and I can't see what's supposed to be here.

Seems to be a cover plate.

It's for an inspection cover plate with 3 bolts. It's so you can access the torque converter for inspection or jam the flywheel when taking off the crank pulley. I'm headed to the junkyard Saturday if you need one.
