Best place to buy a used engine

Any recommendations? Would love to buy a used engines phoenix az that is in good shape, or is at least worth the cost of an out of frame rebuild. I see worldwide diesel, JJ rebuilders, nationwide diesel, etc. Anyone know a respectable place to purchase one from?
