I wonder if the oem tach signal is digital or analog? A converter box from Dakota digital can change one to the other.

 

Any updates on getting your trans dialed in? I'm still waiting on Gary to get an adapter made for me.

 

Not quite, compushift is still out of stock so basically waiting on them.

 

Gary let me know the disco 2 adapters are complete so fingers crossed I'll have one heading my way soon. Are there any other controllers available other than compushift?

 

Thats great news man 😁 unfortunately i dont know of any other controller. Ive done my research and have asked on other facebook pages but no one seems to have another option. Really sucks not being able to finish this project because of a stinking controller....if you find out about another that controls the zf4hp22 transmission please let me know.

 

Its been too long but just a couple of days ago I woke up to an email from Ashcroft transmissions in england notifying me that they had some compushifts back in stock. I immediately purchased it so now im waiting for it to arrive 😁😁. Hoping to dial in the transmission so i can test her on the road as opposed to just around my block jeje. Just wanted to update this thread for those still following. Cheers everyone.

Sadly no, I never got the compushift to work then my torque plate had a bolt break along with a piece of the plate. Needless to say I got tired of messing with it and now just trying to sell it to get what I can.

 

By torque plate do you mean past of the adapter kit?
