Default Front end issues

I have a 2004 land rover range rover I've been experiencing some issues where my front end wants to veers off to a random side, pulls or pushs it. Happens more on the freeway at higher speeds just had an aliment done and new tires issues still present

It sounds like it may be a horrible dampener issue. Your steering column shouldn't be a problem if it lurches like that. Anything above the steering dampener would be consistent and very noisy. Those are actually very cheap and easy to replace. I believe Atlantic British has them for $59.99
