I don't know if Ford is a sponsor, but if they are they certainly shouldn't be illustrating bad recovery methods on a 4WD forum (or anywhere else for that matter). Especially in a thread that doesn't allow a reply.

They posted the crap in the D1 section also, probably other places.

Tom, I agree with you 100% but I have no control over their postings, wish I did, I would have stopped them all months ago cause they are a waste of space.

Waste of space is certainly annoying, but the ad I'm talking about is irresponsible and could get a novice killed.

I would suggest you also send information to corporate counsel at Ford, they will be more interested in preventing a lawsuit. The firm JWT (J Walter Thompson) has produced Ford ads since forever.
