Default 2004 Freelander OBD II P-code help

I've done some research on them individually, but I'm wondering if they could be connected?

2004 Freelander HSE, 93k miles, its having problems accelerating and sputters around 30 and 50 mph - feels like its misfiring. Service engine soon light has come on and off over the past month. I've heard you can replace the wires to fix the misfire but I think my problem may be a little more serious than that.

P-codes:
0171
1319
1472
1475
1477

I'm a college kid, pretty handy, and my dad knows a decent amount about cars. Are these something we could handle ourselves? Thanks guys!

Needs an upper intake manifold. The Variable Intake system has warped internally and is jamming. It's not the hard to do, but the parts are expensive.

Wrenchbender, I'm new here. Hope you can help. The indicator lights for "door open" and "seatbelts" just recently came on and stay on. I have a 2002 Freelander. Thanks
