Default 2004 Freelander Radiator flush

I was driving and my temp gauge went quickly to red. When I pulled over and popped the hood there was a sludge in the tank. The color of skin. From what I've read it was just a lot of grime that's built up in the radiator. There was a lot of it. I pulled the little tank and emptied it all out and put it back in. I've ran it about 4 times while sitting there just to see if it keeps pumping more out and it does. It's less and less but I'd like to flush out the system. I had it flushed a little over a week ago and it wasn't that bad I'm thinking it didn't do much but break it free. There's no coolant in the oil and no oil in the coolant so I think it's ok from that aspect.

I'm curious how do I flush the system then bleed it? I've never flushed a system before. It can't be that hard but I don't know where the bleed valves are for the air. I'm hoping this is an easy issue to resolve.
