We just bought a 2004 Freelander SE w/ 40k miles. I wanted to replace all of the wiper blades, the front 2 were a breeze, but I'm stuck on replacing the rear wiper blade.

Is this a Land Rover only part? I found a replacment for sale at Atlantic British when my local auto parts store said they didn't have a replacement.

There must be a 'trick" to replacing this. I briefly looked at it and it doesn't look t like the std. "slide off, slide on"...

 

try with the rear tail door window holding on the the arm. there is no locking tab.
