A few weeks ago, my A/C started humming on full blast. We figured it was maybe the compressor starting to go. Fast forward, we have been using the A/C on lower and it still blows cold. Just today start the car and the check engine light is on with a weird smell, while car running. Could the Compressor have finally failed and caused check engine light to come on?
