Driver seat too high?

Driver seat too high?
I'm 6'1" and have to really pay attention to how I get into the drivers seat so I don't hit my head...does anyone else have that problem? The seats are manual and no way to lower them. Has anyone had this problem and if so have you found a way to lower the seat?

Ha! 
I know the feeling all too well, when I tried my Freelander the first time I bashed the head so hard I produced two wet eyes and a intense headache. So learned the really hard way to do a turtle every time I enter or exit the vehicle!
And leaning the seat backwards helped with the neck while driving.
