Default Few Freelander questions

I own a 04 Freelander commercial, and ever since i have bought it the rear window will not go down. I have had it to a garage they said it was the switch, so got a new switch and still didnt work. It drops down to open but just wont go down from the switch i dont know whats wrong with it. A little help if anyone knows please........

Also i am looking to get some alloy wheels for the freelander. And want to get some 18" - 19" what wheels will fit. I keep looking on ebay but they all have different offset and other numbers that mean nothing to me. Can anyone shine some light on this problem as well please........

Many thanks for your help.

disconnect the battery for 15 minutes, when you hook \it back up and turn the key on, it should go all the way down. then by putting it back up, you learn its travel to the computer. i would say it just needs to be synched up like this.

Quick question, if you do the rear windows calibration procedure, do you need to enter the radio code?

most likely. if the battery is disconnected for long enough for the radio to lose its memory, which only takes about 5-10 minutes, then yeah, youll need the code

Default replaced battery

just an update, I had a freelander with depleted battery for a week then changed the battery, took about 10 minutes and did not have to enter radio code
