Hello fellow LR owners!

Yesterday, my engine died but I'm willing to repair the car anyway. What I want to know is can I swap my engine form 2004 version with the one from pre-lifting. Or maybe, if I have to buy engine anyway, there is possibility for other than LR OEM?

 

If you are in the USA they both should use the same time bomb v6. They are exceedingly difficult to source a good one as most have died by now
