Default Freelander conversion help

Hi I have an Australian Freelander TD4 2005 Auto. Im looking at converting it to a manual as most of the facelifted td4s here are autos and I havent found anything so I bought a low km immaculate auto. was just wondering if anybody had any knowledge Ive spoken to ashcrofts and theyve said I can use the exsisiting IRD and rear diff. All the research ive done online states the IRD and rear diff fits all models of TD4s auto or manual so I hope this is correct. Apart from pedal box clutch flywheel gearbox etc would I need to change the ECU or anything else I know the rads are different because of the cooling pipes . Im more interested in wiring etc. Any help would be appreciated
Cheeers Dan
