Need help with misfire fuel injectors randomly lose pulse

Im haveing a problem with my 2003 landrover freelander it will randomly pick 2 cylinders 1 3 5 or 2 4 6 one on each bank and turn the ground pulse off theres still 12volt power any help would be amazing any ideas?

cam sensor might be dropping out.
