Been a land Rover fan since day one. 1 of 1986 Classic 5 speed (in the UK) 1 discovery series 1, a P38 and now a Freelander (in the USA).
My 2002 Freelander 'S' has the Kardon Harman sound system and the head unit gives a bright readout and locks in on the radio stations but absolutely
no sound from the speakers, simple question where in the amplifier?
Cheers,

See attached. The whole shop manual and wiring diagrams are contained in the RAVE, a free download link below also. seems like you might want to check all the fuses as well.

I pulled the Amp took it apart no smell of burning.... checked the input connector from the head unit and had input power controlled by the head unit.
I found 2 fuses in the cubby hole on the drivers side (USA) and both were Okay.. I can only assume the Amplifier is no good.
If no further input from anyone I will source a replacement from the Bay.
Cheers,

Try Paul Grant, one of the dismantlers who posts here. He has parted out over 400 Rovers for our members.
