rear seat stuck in down position
Had the same issue. The base would go back ok, but the back would only goto 45 degrees.
the mechanism to engage the underhooks was getting jammed. It's located under the plastichinge cover in the center. remove it, and you will see the levers moving. the inner one was getting stuck. pushing it to the rear & it operated fine. a bit of greese appears to do the trick.
good luck if it's the same issue or anybody else who may come across it.

pull on the inner level from the back and push slightly on the side of of the latch. its designed to be done from the back. from the side and it pulls the seat slightly. you just have to push it back down a bit to get it in.
