Default Straightening Steering Wheel

Hello all:
I have a 2004 Freelander KV6, with a minor cosmetic issue... the steering wheel is tilted slightly left when driving straight, but does not need an alignment. Any idea on how to straighten the wheel? Can't find this info anyplace. Thanks.

Who told you it doesn't need and alignment? Because it does.

Thanks for the reply. I'll get an alignment when I move to the summer tires next month. My LR shop mechanic said: 'as long as it drives straight when you take your hands off the wheel, you're good.' And it does. <shrug>

While it may drive straight when you take your hands off of the wheel like it's supposed to, the steering wheel needs to be positioned straight during the alignment process, and then everything underneath adjusted accordingly.

Got it... I'll get it aligned when the winter tires come off next month. Thanks again.
