Default "relay" plug near headlight

I just bought a '94 County LWB, and I'm new to this site.
What's that "relay" plug I see next to the right headlight (grille off)? I'm hoping it's for auxillary lights. Couldn't find anything about it in manual, this Search, or Google.
By way of introduction, I got a creampuff Classic, 116K, $6800. Bad steering box leak, keyring (radio) lock thingy doesn't work, dead subwoofer (already replaced), occasionally flat air suspension (just for a little while), and a million dead lightbulbs. I've replaced the pimpy chrome wheels with older 3-spoke ($150 for 5, with 4 good Michelins), pulled the air dam, and mounted the fog lamps to the bumper (between the push bars). Also added highway-legal driving lights (above the bumper), and want to wire them so that they come on with high beam. It would be swell if this mysterious plug would do that.
I love this rig, and I swear it loves me too. After all, I finally put it in low range.

Welcome to the group! The Classic RR really grows on you over time. Just keep an eye on the air suspension on you LWB (for instance listening for the compressor running too much, and checking the air bellows for cracks, etc.), as these vehicles were the first gen using that system. Check out my tech info pages at www.eurotekapg.com

I have a Black 1991 Classic as a daily driver, and other than the around town gas mileage-- I really like this 'thang.

Can't remember if mine has that relay you speak of. I'll have to check it out.

Regards,

Thanks for the link. All the various pumps (don't know which is which yet) seem to stop by the time those three dash lights go out. My "springs" are pretty new. First couple tanks have been 15-16 mpg (I never expected more). I'll commute this winter and look into a motorcycle next spring (got some other rigs to sell first).

Haven't done any real backcountry yet -- still looking for failures now that this old rig is finally getting off-road. But this impressed the heck out of me: went up a fireroad, not too ya-ya but definitely rough enough to require high-clearance. Meanwhile little Priya went to sleep in her baby seat. I hear coils are even smoother! We're planning some Canyonlands this fall. Might even fab a roof tent a la Hannibal.

That "relay" thing is mounted just an inch or two beside the right headlight, high and to the inside. I can see it (barely) with the grille still on.
