Temp sensor might be broken. A sure way to find out, is to hook up an obd scanner to it and see if the coolant temperature is reading appropriate temps. If it is, you have a gauge problem, if it does not or provides an inaccurate reading, you have a sensor problem. I recently had my temp sensor replaced, the part is only $20.
The heated seats probably do not work because the elements are worn out and broken. The repair is some what of a pain....
The SRS light coming on and off, is most likely due to the sensor under the seat being partially disconnected, I think it is a yellow connector. Just ensure it is fully connected.

The heated seats are very common not to work, they can be fixed but for many the hassle is just not worth it. Although I think about mine when it is 10* out and I need to go somewhere quickly.
Most of the issues in the Range Rover revolve around sensors, there are so many of them. First thingto always do is find where the sensor should be located and unplug it, see if there is any corrosion or gunk in there and then reconnect it. If you have some dielectric grease I would put some on as well.
Good luck with the issues and report back what you found out.
